Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason that best fits your experience.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box, and attach the label to the outside.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange.
